After Hours Events

Let us make your company's after-hours function delicious!

At Darling Diva’s, we pride ourselves on amazing food made with only the freshest high-quality ingredients. We believe food should nourish the soul as well as the body, which is why we don’t use trans-fats, synthetics, or preservatives…and no MSG, ever! We use freshly baked breads and Boar’s Head meats, as well as locally-grown organic produce whenever possible. We also offer make-your-own stations (MYO) as a creative alternative to the usual catered meal. Each MYO station will include entrée and side items, as well as condiments to compliment the theme.

If there is something you do not see here, we’ll gladly create a dish to compliment your theme or event. Every menu can be customized for your function and therefore pricing can be customized based on your choices.

We offer complimentary set-up, utensils (as needed), and cocktail-sized plates & napkins in your choice of white or black.

- Chicken wings (flats and drummettes in medium heat buffalo sauce, served with celery and blue cheese dipping sauce)
- Spinach and Artichoke Dip, served hot with assorted breads and crackers*
- Maryland-style Hot Crab Dip with assorted breads and crackers
- Fruit skewers* (watermelon, cantaloupe, honey dew, grape, strawberry, pineapple)
- Chicken salad tartlets (homemade chicken salad in flaky pastry tartlet)

Linens, tables, chairs, china, crystal, silver chafing dishes, coffee urns, and ice buckets are all available for rental with a minimum of 14 days notice.

We highly recommend Orlando Private Bartending for bar services.
